Robbie Hulett – Founder, Tower Maintenance Corp. (TMC)
Robbie Hulett founded Tower Maintenance Corp. with a simple vision: bring specialized expertise and dependable service to an industry that depends on reliable infrastructure but often struggles to find experienced hands. His connection to the broadcast world began early. Growing up around radio, Robbie gained firsthand experience working with a local FM station in his hometown, where he developed a deep appreciation for broadcasting, communication systems, and public speaking. That early exposure gave him insight into the critical role towers play in keeping communities connected.
As Robbie became more involved in the broadcast industry, he recognized a clear need for ongoing infrastructure maintenance. Towers were already built across the country, but many lacked consistent upkeep. Seeing the opportunity, he founded Tower Maintenance Corp., focusing initially on servicing and maintaining existing broadcast towers.
In the early years, TMC quickly became known for its expertise in tower painting, a critical service required to maintain FAA visibility standards. For more than a decade, the company dominated that segment of the market, completing projects nationwide. As aviation lighting technology evolved and more towers transitioned to strobe lighting systems, the demand for painting gradually declined. Rather than slowing down, Robbie expanded TMC’s capabilities to meet the industry’s changing needs.
The company broadened its services to include antenna installation, guy wire replacement, structural repairs, site preparation, and full tower construction. With towers aging across the country, another opportunity became clear: safe and professional removal of outdated structures. Robbie established TMC’s demolition division to meet the growing demand for dismantling aging broadcast and telecommunications infrastructure.

Stephenie Roberts – Director of Operations
Stephenie Roberts serves as the Director of Operations for Tower Maintenance Corporation (TMC), where she plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and strategic coordination of the company’s broadcast tower maintenance, painting, and demolition operations across the United States. Since joining the company over two years ago, Stephenie has been instrumental in strengthening operational systems, supporting field crews, and helping position TMC for continued growth within the broadcast tower industry.
In her role, Stephenie oversees a wide range of operational responsibilities including crew logistics, payroll coordination, subcontractor relations, invoicing, financial oversight, and project tracking. She works closely with field crews and leadership to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with industry standards. Stephenie is also deeply involved in vendor management, equipment coordination, and maintaining the operational structure that allows TMC’s crews to perform at a high level in demanding environments.
Stephenie believes the strength of TMC lies in its decades of experience in the broadcast tower industry and its commitment to doing the job the right way — prioritizing safety, reliability, and quality workmanship on every project. She takes pride in supporting the teams who work in the field and ensuring they have the resources, organization, and communication necessary to succeed.
For Stephenie, the most rewarding part of her role is helping bring together the many moving pieces behind each project — from planning and logistics to completion — and knowing that TMC continues to uphold a reputation built on more than 20 years of trusted service in the industry.
