Every Detail Handled.
Every Site Closed Out.
Tower demolition is only part of the job. TMC Demo manages everything around it — permitting, engineering, safety, haul-off, grading, and documentation — so you get a clean site and a complete file.
You don’t Need Five
Contractors to Take
Down One Tower.
Most tower owners and program managers have learned the hard way: decommissioning projects fall apart when the work is split across multiple vendors. One company pulls the antennas. Another handles the structure. A third does the foundation. Nobody owns the site restoration, and close-out documentation is always the last priority.
TMC DEMO eliminates that problem. One crew, one chain of command, one company responsible for everything from the first permit application to the final seed spread.
NETWORK UPGRADES
As carriers retire 3G and legacy LTE infrastructure during 5G deployment, we clear the old steel on schedule so your build crews can move in without delay.
LEASE TERMINATION
When a lease expires or a carrier exits, we remove the structure completely and restore the site to satisfy landowner requirements and close out the obligation.
TOWER REPLACEMENT
Taking down the old structure so the new one can go up — coordinated with your construction timeline to minimize site downtime.
DISASTER RECOVERY
Storm-damaged or structurally compromised towers removed safely and documented for insurance and regulatory compliance.
MUNICIPAL & UTILITY
Broadcast, two-way, public safety, and private communication structures — including complex multi-tenant sites with shared infrastructure.
PORTFOLIO CLEARANCES
Bulk decommissioning programs for tower companies, REITs, and developers clearing sites for repurposing or sale.
20+ years of experience across
every tower type in the industry.
Built for Every Structure in the Field
Any Tower. Any Height. Any Location.
Our crews don’t specialize in one tower type and refer out the rest. We staff, equip, and engineer for the full range of structures you’ll find in a decommissioning portfolio.
Guyed Towers
Including tall broadcast structures exceeding 1,000 feet, dismantled using gin pole rigging and sequenced section removal
Self-Supporting (Lattice) Towers
Freestanding structures taken down section by section with crane-assisted lowering where required.
Monopoles
Single-tube structures dismantled and removed with precision rigging and heavy-lift equipment

Every decommissioning project is different. Some clients need the full program — structure down, foundation out, site restored. Others need targeted work: equipment strip, partial removal, or hazmat remediation on a legacy structure. We scope to your requirements, not ours.
-
Equipment-Only Removal
Antenna systems, RRUs, cable trays, and ground-level hardware removed with the structure left standing — common during carrier transitions and co-location changes.
-
Partial Demolition
Structure reduced to a specified height or section count. Useful when the lower structure has remaining value or a planned future use.
-
Full Structural Demolition
Tower, ancillary structures, fencing, and all associated hardware removed completely. Nothing left above grade.
-
Foundation Extraction
Concrete piers and guy anchors saw-cut and excavated to a minimum of three feet below grade. All material hauled off site and recycled.
-
Site Restoration
Backfill, compaction, re-grading to natural contours, and seeding. We return the land to a condition that satisfies landowner agreements and lease obligations.
-
Hazardous Material Management
Lead paint, PCBs, and other regulated materials identified, contained, and disposed of in full compliance with federal and state environmental regulations.

One Process
Every Time
Turnkey Demolition.
One Contractor, Zero Gaps
Every TMC DEMO project follows a proven, repeatable process. We handle every stage in-house so there are no handoffs, and no surprises.
Pre-Demolition Planning
We start before a single bolt is turned. Our team develops PE-sealed rigging plans, acquires all construction and city permits, coordinates 811 utility locates to protect underground infrastructure, and completes environmental screening. By the time we arrive on site, every detail has been accounted for.
Site Safety Setup
Before demolition begins, we install a 360-degree safety perimeter with protective barriers, verify RF lock-out with all carriers, and conduct a daily Job Hazard Analysis for every crew member on site.
Tower Preparation and Dismantling
For shorter towers, we use a crane to take down the entire structure — antennas, equipment, and all. For taller towers, we bring in a gin pole system, carefully removing equipment and antennas first before methodically dismantling the tower section by section.
Scrap Management
Structural steel is segregated on site cut to transportable sizes, and removed for recycling or disposal. Nothing is left behind.
Site Restoration
Once the tower is gone, we backfill, compact, and re-grade the site to its natural contours, then apply seed and straw. The goal is simple: leave the property as though the tower was never there.
Close-Out Documentation
Every project is completed with a full close-out package including photographic records, permit close-outs and disposal manifests. Your files are complete before we leave.
The Numbers
Behind the Work
This is what happens on every TMC DEMO project, in order, every time. The
process doesn’t change based on project size. What changes is the scale.

Scaled for Multi-State Programs
Scaled for Multi-State Programs
If you’re managing a portfolio of 20, 50, or 200+ towers across
multiple states, you need more than a good demo crew. You need a contractor who can run a program: standardized engineering at every site, consistent crew protocols, centralized reporting, and a project management team that keeps the schedule moving without sacrificing safety or documentation quality.
Our crews currently maintain a pace of 20+ tower removals per month across multiple states. Every site receives the same PE-sealed planning, the same safety standards, and the same close-out deliverables — regardless of geography or tower type. That consistency is what lets us scale without cutting corners.
When tower owners across the country need the job done right,
on time, on budget, and with zero incidents
they come back to TMC DEMO.
